This is their new competition for the Keurig brewer.

Starbucks is introducing some competition for Keurig, debuting its own single-cup coffee machine that lets users make Starbucks coffees, lattes and espressos at home. The Verismo machine sells for $199 -- $399 for the deluxe model -- and uses single-serve coffee pods that sell for $1 each. The machine is a direct assault on Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, whose Keurig machine has some 90 percent of the single-cup market in the U.S., according to the Wall Street Journal. One place where Keurig has an edge, however, is that it accepts more than 200 different varieties of coffee, while Verismo is Starbucks exclusive.
