"Memory of All" Debuts

As we mark the anniversary of 9/11, we have learned of a new song honoring the victims of the attack. "Memory of All" was written shortly after the tragedy, but went ignored until a year ago, when the song was brought to Little Anthony and the Imperials co-founder Clarence Collins.
Touched by the song and its potential, Collins decided to produce a recording. He got Willie Wiest, his group's musical director, to record a backing track. Keith Galliher Junior, a Las Vegas attorney and friend of Collins, sings lead, backed by veteran session vocalist Jim Gilstrap, who has worked with Stevie Wonder. A YouTube video on the making of the song has been posted.
Half the proceeds of the single -- now available on iTunes and CDBaby.com -- are being donated to the Michael Kiefer Fund, named for a New York firefighter who died in the attacks, which aids the families of 9/11 victims.
